Guidelines (Hackathon)
- Apps Teams must consist of 2 to 5 members. We encourage participation from diverse backgrounds—students, researchers, linguists, technologies
- Projects should aim to empower Odia and other Indian languages through generative AI. Organizers will provide a set of problem statements aligned with the workshop theme, but teams are also welcome to propose and work on their ideas. Suggested areas include Odia/Indic LLMs, Multimodal LLMs, translation App, accessibility tools (speech, OCR), and GenAI applications for education, governance, healthcare, tourism, agriculture, etc.
- All work must be completed within the hackathon window. You may use open-source datasets, pre-trained models (e.g., from Hugging Face, OdiaGenAI)
- During hackathon submission, each team must submit:
- Project title and summary (max 250 words)
- GitHub repo with code and instructions
- 2-page brief (problem, solution, architecture, impact)
- Demo video (up to 10 minutes) or live pitch

Guidelines (Quiz)
- The quiz consists of 50 multiple-choice questions to be completed within 30 minutes. Each question has only one correct answer, and the topics cover all aspects of Generative AI. Each correct answer is worth 10 points, with no penalty for incorrect answers.
- At the designated time, we will provide a brief overview of the rules. Following this, an email will be sent with a link to the Google Form. The form will stop accepting responses exactly 30 minutes after the start time.
