    Generative AI has become a major trend in the tech world, and following the overwhelming success of our previous one-day workshop, OdiaGenAI and KIIT DU are excited to present an extended three-day workshop.

     

    This immersive experience is designed to empower participants with the skills and knowledge needed to harness the power of Generative AI within India's diverse linguistic landscape. Our expert-led sessions will cover the fundamentals of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), with a special focus on Indic languages, including many low-resource languages.

     

    Whether you're a researcher, developer, or language enthusiast, this workshop offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and technologies to help you create innovative AI-driven solutions. Join us and be part of the future of language technology in the Indic language ecosystem.

    Eligibility

    Students, professionals, and anyone interested in learning Generative AI and LLM-based tools and technologies.

    Note:: Due to the majority of the registered participants opting for online, we will host the event in the virtual mode (online).

    Guidelines (Poster/Demo)

    • All posters/demos should be submitted electronically in PDF and be no longer than 3 pages in the double-column proceedings format including tables, figures, and references.
    • Papers exceeding 3 pages will not be accepted.
    • The Poster title must start with “Poster:” and the Demo title must start with “Demo:” => E.g: “Poster: Generative AI in NLP.
    • The organizers will review each poster/demo submission and inform the acceptance of the poster or demo (with suggestions if any).
    • At least one author of each accepted poster/demo is required to register for the workshop
    • For poster presentation, each participant is required to prepare a digital poster A0 size along with a ppt and will be allocated 10 min for presenting their poster followed by 2 min questions/answers.
    • For the demo, each participant will be allocated 10 min for presenting their demo followed by 2 min questions/answers.

    Guidelines (Pitch Presentation)

    • Participants will be provided 5 minutes for pitch presentation.
    • The pitch should be related to Generative AI and LLM.
    • Organizers will contact the interested participants.

    Guidelines (Quiz)

    • The quiz consists of 50 multiple-choice questions to be completed within 30 minutes. Each question has only one correct answer, and the topics cover all aspects of Generative AI. Each correct answer is worth 10 points, with no penalty for incorrect answers.
    • At the designated time, we will provide a brief overview of the rules. Following this, an email will be sent with a link to the Google Form. The form will stop accepting responses exactly 30 minutes after the start time.
